The BIB line is dedicated to those wanting machines capable of guaranteeing maximum hygiene,

as well as quick and easy production of excellent express gelato, soft serve or frozen yogurt. The

special feature of these machines is the refrigerated cabinet at the bottom, made entirely from

stainless steel. This can be used to keep a bag containing a prepared mixture or a tray with the

product in its liquid state that can then be drawn up by a pressurising gear pump and injected into

the freezing cylinder, together with the required amount of air. Different connections are possible

because the cabinet is designed to contain a variety of trays and bags (holding between 3 and 10

litres in the single flavour versions and up to 15 litres in the twin flavour ones).

The practicality of the BIB system, its compact ergonomic design and the many opportunities for

customisation make these models suitable for any premises, especially those where space is at

a premium, outdoors or for self service. The practical product filling system lets you work with
